- Rules and Regulation is one the important part of any organized university or society. If we look at our worship and religious affairs and worldly affairs, Allah has established excellent discipline in everything. So we can lead our every moment not only to success but also to perfection through discipline. Adherence to the rules and regulations will be mandatory for local students; however special rules and regulations will be for hostel students.
- In the early days of education, the correct Shariah training of the students is done. With the utmost compassion and patience, by ignoring the moral slips and other shortcomings of the students. For which at least six months are given. If a student does not give up immoral and unlawful habits, they can be expelled.
- Students will be allowed to be contacted by telephone every Thursday and Friday after classes until 9:00 p.m. The institution will be authorized to inquire about the contact persons by their protection process. So that the unrelated person will not be able to contact the female students. In this case, the full cooperation of the parents will be needed. There will be no facility to listen to the phone during teaching hours. Hostel students will not be allowed to send letters or phone calls to non-residents nor to order any goods from the bazaar.
- It is the responsibility of the relevant in-charge of the institution to provide everything the student needs on-demand.
- It will be necessary to take care of literature, respect, love, equality, and empathy in the university. No student will be allowed to bring any magazine here. The institution itself will provide newspapers and useful magazines and journals, as well as standard books in the library.
- Use of mobile phones and cameras is strictly prohibited in the Jamia Premises and during Jamia Ceremonies.
- Every Student of Jamia is required to be punctual in class. If any student remains absent from classes without proper permission for a continuous period of 40 days excluding Holidays. They shall be struck off from the Jamia Roll unless the cause of absence is explained to the satisfaction of the principal. In that case, the student may be readmitted within 15 days (after his name is dropped from Jamia Roll) on payment of the Readmission Fee and Jamia dues.
- No student is allowed to leave the class without any permission from her teacher or until the class is over.
- Late-comers in the class may be marked absent.
- Any students misbehaving in the classroom / Jamia shall at once be reported to the principal by the teacher. The principal will take such action as she may deem proper. The teacher can recommend a penalty as well.
- Any political or immoral activity is strictly prohibited in or around the Jamia premises.
- Students must keep the Jamia identity Card during their stay on the Jamia premises and during Jamia ceremonies
- Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform while attending the Jamia.
- This institute is not responsible for any loss /damage regarding the students’ belongings.
- If a student defaults in the submission of Jamia dues for one month, her name will be struck off from the Jamia Roll.
- All students must follow the Jamia Rules & Regulations, Policies, and Guidelines. Breach of these Rules, Regulations, and Policies will subject them to disciplinary, administrative, and legal action.
- This institute in its sole discretion shall have the right to take any disciplinary, administrative and legal action against a defaulting student committing a breach of any of the Jamia Rules, Regulation, Policies, or Guidelines. Such action may include, but shall not be limited to, expulsion, suspension, withholding of Examination Admission Forms of the Board/University, the release of the Examination Roll NO. Slips or withholding the examination result card issued by the Board /University particularly due to any of the following.
- Poor Attendance.
- Non-payment of Jamia Dues poor overall Academic Record.
- Poor overall Academic Record.
- Failure in the Jamia Examinations.
- Misconduct.
- Any other reason not specifically mentioned herein.
18. Offering better performance in attendance, education, conversation, dress, ethics, and habits will also give students a prize in the annual program and also give the BEST STUDENT AWARD.
